I work out of this building and we currently have a few spaces available to rent.
The spaces are big, the rent is great (.50/sf) and tenants can build out how ever they see fit.

I'm on the DIGMA mailing list and have watched their efforts multiply this last year. Curious what kind of impact their starting to make on policy and awareness in Massachusetts and wondering what efforts are currently happening in Illinois to bring this kind of specific economic voice out of the design world?

I am looking for a contractor to paint millwork panels in solid color, low-VOC finishes both in matte and glossy.
Does anyone have someone they've used that they like and doesn't cost a fortune?
Cheers,
Wm

Dresses from Issey Miyake's 132 5 collection, on view in Paris.
On September 7, Miyake unveiled the lab’s latest project — 132 5. ISSEY MIYAKE — at the Galerie Kreo on the Left Bank in Paris. The title explains the notion: one piece of fabric, a three-dimensional shape reduced to two, and the fifth dimension, which Miyake describes as the moment the garment is worn and comes to life “through the communication among people.” (In physics, the fifth dimension is a hypothetical extra dimension after the three spatial ones and the fourth, which is time. Some astrophysicists argue that the fifth dimension may be the universe that we live in.)

Offshoot Design is looking at making some small prototypes and we need a laser cutting resource. Does anyone have a good resource that they would suggest? The laser cutting bed size doesn't need to be more then 12"x18".
